Chelsea take on the New England Revolution this week in a friendly match ahead of the Europa League final.
The Blues are in Boston to take on the MLS side in a ‘Final Whistle on Hate’ match on Wednesday night.
The club say the game will showcase an ‘important message of combating antisemitism and all forms of discrimination.’
“The initial idea for our visit to New England was developed by the two clubs’ owners Roman Abramovich and Robert Kraft, in light of a global rise in antisemitic activity and hate crimes, including the tragic massacre at the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh on 27 October last year, during which 11 innocent people lost their lives while worshipping,” Chelsea say.
In addition, both owners have donated $1 million in support of the cause.
“I am proud of the work Chelsea does to promote equality and tackle discrimination all over the world,” Abramovich told chelseafc.com.
“The Say No To Antisemitism campaign has already achieved so much in raising awareness of this important issue, but there remains a lot of work to do. I am delighted to join forces with New England Revolution and Mr Kraft in this initiative and we look forward to the match.”
As well as that message, Chelsea’s season is of course not over yet.
They face London rivals Arsenal in the final of Europe’s secondary competition on Wednesday, May 29.
It will be 17 days after their last competitive outing – their goalless draw with Leicester on the final day of the Premier League season.

Boss Maurizio Sarri has complained about the timing of the friendly, which will include a 6,500-mile round trip.
But it will make sure his players do not lose their sharpness ahead of the final in the Azerbaijan capital of Baku 10 days later.
Sarri has taken a squad of 23 players to the USA for the friendly, including Eden Hazard and Gonzalo Higuain, as well as several youngsters.
The match will kick off at 1:10am UK time on Thursday morning and will take place at the Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts.
It will be shown live on Chelsea TV if you have a subscription. It will be broadcast on their TV channel (Sky 419) as well as online and on the app.
Christian Pulisic, who will join Chelsea from Borussia Dortmund for £58million this summer, has had his say on the friendly in his homeland.
The USA winger, who will not feature against the Revolution, said: “You’re going to a great country and you’ll play against a good team in a nice city over in the States.
“I think it’s great that the club are able to build a relationship in America, as there are a lot of Chelsea fans over in the States.
“The MLS is definitely rising and you’re seeing a lot of top players coming over to the league. There are some really good teams and although there is still a long way to go, it’s definitely rising in standard.
“The sport is growing so much in America and it’s incredible to see. The game will be fantastic and it’s for a really important cause, something that’s very close to the owner’s heart.
“To bring people together through football and to rise past this issue is something fantastic and I think it’s really important.”
