Tottenham’s new stadium is ‘the best in the world’, the club’s manager Mauricio Pochettino believes.
Spurs finally move into the 62,062-seater venue next month, with Crystal Palace the first ever visitors to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on April 3.

It hosted the first of two required Test Events last weekend, with the second – a Spurs Legends vs Inter Forever match – to take place on Saturday evening.
Pochettino’s players have already got their first taste of the £1billion structure having trained there earlier this week, ahead of its official opening next Wednesday.
And the Argentine believes the stadium – which he labels as one of the world’s best – can only be a good thing for Tottenham moving forwards.

“I think it is amazing,” Pochettino said at his pre-Liverpool press conference. “Everyone was surprised by the magnitude of the project.
“The stadium is the best in the world, we can confirm that now. Every space is the best I have seen in my life, you can’t compare that with anything.
“It’s an amazing project, it is going to be fantastic for the future of the club. It is going to be a massive boost for our fans and it must be for our players too.”

Pochettino also offered his best wishes to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after his appointment as permanent Manchester United manager on Thursday.
Tottenham’s boss was repeatedly linked with the Old Trafford hot seat after Jose Mourinho’s dismissal last December, but insists it was never anything more than speculation.
“I never talked about rumour,” Pochettino continued.

“I need to congratulate him and wish him all the best now he is officially the new manager of Manchester United.
“I am not going to talk about rumours and in this period there is going to be more rumours but there is nothing I can do about it.
“If it is not this, speculation is going to come around from another club. We are so focused on our job.”
