The assistance dog, Rita, is owned by a woman called Nikki who previously featured in a video to explain how football has helped her deal with losing her sight.

The duo go to every Leeds game, and even watch the Whites’ Under-23s in action.

Twitter user @Sean_Clare shared a video taken inside Elland Road of Rita and Nikki after Harrison scored what proved to be the winning goal of Saturday’s match.

Rita, who can be seen wearing a Leeds United badge, puts her paws on Nikki’s lap and barks like crazy as everyone around celebrates the strike.

Leeds’ win, coupled with Sheffield United dropping points at home to Millwall, moves Marcelo Bielsa’s side back into the Championship’s top two as the race for automatic promotion goes down to the wire.
