Former Liverpool midfielder Dietmar Hamann believes the Reds have better attacking players than Barcelona.
The two teams meet in Wednesday’s Champions League semi-final first leg at the Camp Nou and there will be an array of talent on the pitch from both sides, with Mohamed Salah, Lionel Messi and Sadio Mane all capable of determining the outcome of this match.

Hamann, who spent seven years at Liverpool, was widely credited as the catalyst for their victory in the 2005 Champions League final win over AC Milan, helping them to recover from three goals down and converting the first penalty in the shoot-out with a broken foot.
And, the German is predicting a tight encounter, as Liverpool bid to progress and win a first European trophy since that night.

“I see it being really tight, maybe 1-0 to Barcelona, or perhaps a low scoring draw. Put it this way, I don’t expect the tie to be over by the time both sets of players walk off the pitch at Camp Nou, he told the Racing Post.
“Barcelona will dominate possession, we can be sure of that, but they don’t boss games these days quite the way they used to.
